This is a recent message I sent out to my team, after we received a letter from the CEO of Southwest Airlines:
Hi team! As you know we write thank you notes, wherever we are. And here we received a letter back from the CEO. First, it\’s important that we recognize \”team\” wherever we go. So many people issue complaints; but we can seek the good and take the time to recognize it. Fill out a compliment card, not a complaint card 🙂
