Be warm, be kind, even when you feel stressed.
You might have had someone cut you off where you almost got in an accident!
Your son was rude to you.
You are just not feeling happy today, for no reason. Life just doesn’t feel right. Blah!
It’s part of our duty to impart kindness and not stress to others.
Even if you have had a tough day, you don’t have to pass it on to others. You can still pass on peace. They don’t have to share in your tough day. We all have a responsibility to share in world peace through our thought and action, every moment.
The world will become more peaceful when you become more peaceful.
The best way to do this is to take on gratitude. Mitigate your tough day with something for which you are grateful.
Yes… it works! And it is a definite practice. It is not easy. But if anyone can do it, you can.
If you’re stressed, give out peace. Then you’re on your way to healing.
