\”I never quite understand the way society decides who is beautiful and who is not. But an open face and a capacity for kindness always feel like reliable signifiers to me.\” – Tilda Swinton

What a lovely way to define beauty.

We should hold that in our thought each day. How can we be kind? How we ensure our face is open and receptive to each person who comes across our path? That means we are being an open, kind, positive leader and person.

You don\’t have to wait.

Each one of us has the capability to be beautiful…  Be so today.
